This is a special one. SMWS - The Scotch Malt Whisky Society is coming to the Capital Grille for an epic evening just for us. SMWS has be around for a few years and they hunt for exceptional casks in distilleries world wide to bring unique flavours to your glass. On Friday April 28th, we will have a SMWS Ambassador, Ben Diedrich, flying in from Chicago and pairing a few of the finer casks with the Capital Grille's steaks and accompaniments or salmon/chicken for those who prefer.
Not only will you taste a unique array of casks only available to the SMWS, each dining member will receive a one year membership to the society, where you will receive their quarterly magazine, a chance to purchase the rare and unusual crafty named bottles, and if by chance you visit Scotland, you can drink in their hallowed halls of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
