Everyone deserves a break - Spring Brake that is, at semi-famous La Junta Raceway. Start your season off right at LJR. At 1.3-miles and seven turns, La Junta is the perfect track for novice and experienced drivers alike! As an added treat, its low 4,000-foot elevation will enhance the power of your sports car - hard to complain about! Enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow Porsche Club members and non-members, maybe even meet some new friends. You do not need to be a member of PCA to join us!
We welcome all cars that pass the tech inspection. No trucks or open-wheel cars. Only German SUV's please.

Coming down Friday Night? We will have a Pizza (and Beer) Social at the Hampton Inn, along with Pre-Registration for the weekend.
Drive all day Saturday and stay for Dinner. Non-driving guests always welcome. Pay for your dinner at registration. Details soon!

One-Day Driver* $230
*novices/first-time drivers, i.e. those who have never attended a PCA classroom session, may only choose Saturday for the one-day option.
Non-PCA members will be charged an additional $10 fee.

Your membership will be validated during registration. If you have not added your PCA Membership number, please update your profile. If you are a new PCA member and do not have or know your membership number, please contact the registrar.
Registration for this event will close on 04/13/2026 at 9:11 pm. PCA members are given preference to non-members. Priority in being confirmed is based on the date and time you register. Two-day registrations requesting/needing an instructor will be given preference to similar one-day registrations. All drivers will be wait listed upon registration until the event/AMR CDI Team confirms your driving status and availability of an instructor should one be required/requested.
NOTE: Speed Waivers are being used for this event. Once you have registered you will be sent a link via your cell phone to electronically sign the Event Waiver. Please e-sign the waiver as prompted.

The Hampton Inn La Junta is our preferred lodging partner for this event. The hotel is offering a special rate. You must call the hotel directly to make reservations. Mention the Porsche Club to receive the discount.

Event requirements
Safety Inspection/Tech Inspection
It is the responsibility of all drivers to present a vehicle which is safe to operate in a high performance driving situation in sound mechanical condition. All registered vehicles MUST PASS PCA/AMR/RMR Tech Inspection prior to attandance. Cars need to be inspected by a regionally approved person or shop (this is a free service). At registration each driver must present a completed PCA Tech Inspection Form, either a 2025 120-day Tech Inspection Form, or the 30-day Tech Inspection form, signed by an approved shop/person. Self-tech is not permitted. If you are a newer participant to HPDE, or participate in other track activities, the 30-day Tech Inspection form is highly recommended. If the 120-day form is being used, the driver is responsible to bring the original copy to Registration.
Your 120-day Tech Inspection must be dated no earlier than Dec 19,2025 to be valid for this event.
Drivers who do not have either the original 120-day or 30-day Tech Inspection form
will not be allowed to participate.

Drivers
Drivers must be 18 years of age with valid drivers license. You do not need to be member of AMR or PCA to participate.
Acceptable attire: long or short sleeve shirts, with long pants and flat-sole, closed toe shoes, cotton fabrics are recommended.
Drivers may "share" a car, but must run in separate run groups. No passengers other than a qualified PCA Instructor.
Attendance at the daily drivers' safety meeting is mandatory.
Equipment
Snell SA 2020 or newer helmets are required and subject to inspection. We do have a limited amount of loaner helmets for participants.
Seats and safety gear, must be within the specified standards and provide equal protection if required. Head and neck restraint system must be used with harnesses. Cars must have assigned numbers no less than 4" in height on both sides. Tape is available for this at the event. Drivers in cars equipped with lane change assist and auto braking must disable before each run group.
