HOTEL RESERVATION LINK WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU BY DOREEN SHINN ONCE YOU REGISTER FOR THE EVENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING YOUR OWN ROOM RESERVATION. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE LINK, PLEASE RESPOND ASAP TO DOREEN WITH YOUR CHOICE(S) FOR THE PICNIC LUNCH ON OUR FIRST DAY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR BEVERAGE OF CHOICE WITH YOU. Your baguette options are ham and cheese; salami and cheese; turkey and cheese; or veggie.

SUVs must remain in the back of the drive group since cars behind them would have limited visibility.
Electric vehicle owners are responsible for finding their own charging stations. Departure times will not be delayed.
